BEAT Mini-Expeditions: Teamwork in the Great Outdoors

‍Goal: Challenge and inspire through team building and physical challenges, creating a fresh perspective on collaboration and personal development.

A special day for a group of high potentials from an international company, combining their training at Career Crafters with an adventurous outdoor activity organised by BEAT. Inspired by challenging destinations such as Monte Rosa and the Polar Night, the BEAT mini-expedition gave participants an unforgettable experience in the beautiful surroundings of the Hilversum heath and the beach at Castricum.

With plenty of enthusiasm, the teams of six took on a series of different challenges. The atmosphere was competitive, with teamwork and perseverance at the heart of every task. One of the highlights was making a fire themselves — a challenge that tested not only physical skills, but mental resilience too.

The response afterwards was overwhelmingly positive. Participants were inspired by the challenge and unique setting, offering a fresh perspective on team building and personal development.
