About the event

What is the 'BEAT THE COUCH'?

BEAT THE COUCH is a virtual challenge where you can set a goal that help you to start your running journey. Based on your running history, current physique and running preferences, the BEAT-team of trainers will create a personalized training program for you. At the end of the program you will be able to run either a full 3KM or 5KM!

How does it work?

  • Sign up;
  • Fill in a short questionnaire including your current running habits;
  • Receive your personalized 5-week intro-to-running training plan;
  • BEAT the Couch and run a 3KM or 5KM;
